Implementasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif dalam Meningkatkan Keterlibatan Mahasiswa: Studi Literatur

Abstract

Advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have transformed the delivery of higher education through the use of interactive learning media that are more flexible, collaborative, and student-centered. This study aims to examine the implementation of ICT as an interactive learning medium to enhance student engagement within the Public Sector Financial Management Study Program at Universitas Bina Taruna Gorontalo. A literature review method was employed, involving the analysis of relevant journal articles, books, proceedings, and scholarly documents. The analysis was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach, involving the identification, synthesis, and interpretation of findings from previous research. The results indicate that the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing platforms, digital learning media, and collaborative applications can enhance participation, learning motivation, lecturer-student interaction, and learner autonomy. Furthermore, the implementation of ICT fosters innovative, effective, and adaptive learning environments that keep pace with technological advancements and 21st-century learning needs, thereby contributing to improved educational quality in higher education institutions.
