The journal of Administrasion Sciences, Human Resources, and Social Siences (J-PIAMS) is provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely accessible to the public supports greater global exchange of knowledge. All authors publishing with Agercolere Journal accept this as a condition of publication.
