Author Guidelines
Writing Guidelines: GUIDELINES FOR WRITING Jurnal Pasca Ilmu Administrasi, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Ilmu Sosial, Bina Taruna University, Gorontalo
This article is a scientific study covering all fields of science. Articles submitted have never been published and have not been sent to other journals. Articles are made on A4 paper size, with left margins of 3 cm, right 3 cm, top 4 cm, and bottom 4 cm, Times New Roman font type, 12 vertical font sizes, total pages (including title, abstract, materials, images, tables ), conclusion, acknowledgments, endnotes and bibliography) maximum 15 pages.

1. The title is written in Times New Roman font size 14, upright, bold, capital letters, centerline method.

2. The author's name is written in full without a title in Times New Roman font size 12.

Systematic article manuscript:

Title
Arranged by
Name, Position (for lecturers) / study program (for students), institution*, Country and Email*.

Abstract*, equivalent to a maximum of 300 words written in 1 column in Times New Roman size 11 font format.

The contents of the manuscript are written in 1 column which includes Introduction*, Method*, Results of Discussion*, Conclusion*, Acknowledgments, Endnotes and Bibliography*

Notes:
Each article must use the Mendeley application for citations and bibliography of the last 10 years.
