Fuel Increase, Construction Costs, Sensitivity Analysis of Regression Methods

Abstract

The impact of the fuel increase itself will have a direct impact on the use of heavy equipment in construction project work, by analyzing the unit price of work using heavy equipment based on an analysis of heavy equipment productivity costs per hour (heavy equipment rental) using a sensitivity analysis of the regression method from the results of this research It was concluded that road projects have a very significant relationship between fuel increases and construction project costs because road projects use many types of heavy equipment, apart from that, the excavation work item on this road project has the highest percentage increase in the unit price of work at 19.65% for increase in non-subsidized diesel fuel by 40%. The calculated T value using the regression method for sensitivity analysis is the largest in road projects, found in excavation (mechanical) work items, in natural resource projects, heavy equipment mobilization and demobilization work and in building projects, also heavy equipment mobilization work.
